Three years ago, JQ Freedom Staffing was born as a staffing firm grounded in transparency, efficiency, and one clear mission: connect the right people to the right opportunities and help them stay.

The vision was always bigger than staffing alone.

After witnessing many businesses operating without HR processes, including no Employee Handbook, our next step was to expand into a trusted full-service HR consulting firm that help Employers create a sustainable infrastructure. This includes compliance guidance, leadership training, investigations, leave management training, and employee retention. We became the steady hand employers reached for when they needed answers, not excuses.
